Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Sale or discounted products
• Innerwear, accessories, or personalized items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Share your order number and product images (if damaged/incorrect)
3. Our team will assist you with the return process

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Customers can request a size exchange within the eligible return period.
